He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Phelps and Evelyn Phelps; his wife Donna Phelps; and his son Thomas Phelps. He is survived by: his sister Pam; and his children, Kathy, Kim, Tammy and Greg. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
