She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hanks and Zella Masten Hanks; her husband Morris Walters; her stepson Larry D. Walters; and her siblings, Flossie Lieske, Lou Ella Green, Nancy McBride, Alfred "Buck" Hanks and Alvin Bruce "A. B." Hanks.
She is survived by: her stepsons, Mark Walters (Karen) and Gary Walters; and her stepgrandchildren, Christine Norton, Braxton Walters and Hayden Walters. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
