In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Melynda had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Melynda may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gordon and Dorothy Smith; and her pets, Kiah and Daisy. She is survived by: her parents, Gordon Smith (Melanie) and Eloise Rayer; and her brother Anthony Smith.
In keeping with her love for animals, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a local animal shelter or humane society in her honor as well as the Heart Association.
