He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his sons, Sean Michael (Taylor Sites) and David Jacob; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Emilee and Nova; his father David (Brenda); his siblings, Anthony (Crystal) and Candace (Shane Stapleton); and his stepsiblings, Shane Williams (Erin) and Lydia Oliver. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, paternal grandmother and a vast number of friends.
