He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Herbert (Brown); and his brother Billy Worth. He is survived by: his father Thomas Herbert; his daughters, Karma Lee (Brett) and Tara Kegeris (Josh); his grandchildren, Madison, Brayton, Luke, Marissa, Anna and Elijah; and his siblings, Chris Herbert (Lori), Mark Herbert (Debbie), Susan Murphy (Joseph), Anita Vondersaar (Harlan) and Jeff Herbert (Lisa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to covid-19 circumstances, the funeral home will be immediate family only at 12 noon on Friday May 15th.
