He is survived by: his mother Carol Smith; his children, Jeffrey Eugene Smith (Brittany), Jessie Staton (Chris) and Josie Rose (Logan); his siblings, Jerry E. Smith (Kristine), Mandy Kerr (Mike) and Rebecca Wick (John); and his grandchildren, Elliott, Bennett Smith, Eleanor, Angela Staton, Lakely, Londyn and Layla Rose. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Strawmyer & Drury Funeral and Cremation Service (2400 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Strawmyer & Drury Mortuary (2400 N Lebanon St, Lebanon, IN 46052).
