He was predeceased by : his parents, Genevieve Waechter (Langferman) and Irvin J. Waechter; and his brother Thomas Waechter. He is survived by : his wife Sue Siefert of Batesville; his sons, Matt Waechter of Indianapolis and Zach Waechter (Sarah) of Frankfort, Indiana; his grandchildren, Sawyer and Sullivan Waechter; his siblings, Rose Meyer (David) of Batesville, Marian Smith (Joe) of Batesville, Linda Waechter of Cincinnati, Ohio, Jim Waechter (Debbie) of Portland, John Waechter (Linda) of Batesville and Mark Waechter of Westport, Indiana; and his sister-in-law Susan Waechter of Oldenburg.
