It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice M. Cheek of Batesville, Indiana, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on January 17, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Thelma Strull (Janson) and Charles Strull; her husband Kenneth Cheek; her children, Jeffrey Cheek and Donna Sue Cheek; and her brothers, Charles and Donald Strull.

She is survived by : her children, Michael Cheek (Holly) of Versailles, Indiana, Sharon Goffena (Jack) of Lawrenceburg and Lisa Smith of Batesville; her brother Emmitt Strull of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Kevin Cheek of Batesville, Kayla Kruthaupt (Matthew) of Batesville, Alexander of Batesville, Jessilynn Smith of Batesville, Alex of Lawrenceburg, Michael of Lawrenceburg and Sarah Goffena of Lawrenceburg; and her great grandchildren, Emma Cheek, Lydia Cheek, Adelynn Kruthaupt and Brysen Kruthaupt.
