She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Roell and Agnes Roell; and her sister Rose Roell. She is survived by: her husband Virgil Niese of Batesville, Indiana; her sons, Anthony Niese (Gina) of Woodbury and Matthew Niese of Cincinnati, Ohio; her siblings, Marlene Riehle of Sunman, Indiana and Paul Roell (Susan) of Batesville, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Audrey and Andrew Niese.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Weigel Funeral Home (151 W George St, Batesville, IN 47006).
