With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debi Ott of Batesville, Indiana, born in Rushville, Indiana, who passed away on October 6, 2022 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Richard Masters and Phyllis Irene Goodpaster (Alberty); and her husband Kenny Starks. She is survived by : her daughters, Amanda Ott (Clarence) of Batesville, IN and Alicia Deasey (Todd) of Clarksville, OH; her siblings, Lee Law (Norman) of Jay, OK, Mary Proctor, Connie Bowen and Bert Masters of Ada, OK; and her grandchildren, Devin Ott, Alexis Garrison, Te'gan Doss, Zavier Ott, Phina Billman, Tristan Billman, Samuel Billman and Michael Deasey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
