Donald William Hoover Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 23, 2026, at the age of 90, Donald William Hoover of Batesville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Donald is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Donald's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ersel and Ila; his wife Esther E. Ertel; and his siblings, Norman, Wayne Hoover, Grace Barhorst, Betty Grossman and Helen Young.
He is survived by: his sister Lutricia Cox of Arizona. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
