He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin L. and Rita; his sister Nancy Ollier; and his father-in-law Cletus Tekulve. He is survived by: his wife Margie Maple of Batesville; his children, Nicholas (Lori Maple) of Batesville, Adam (Brooke Maple) of Batesville and Hilary; his son-in-law Cody Goins of Batesville; his grandchildren, Brayden of Batesville, Brielle Maple of Batesville, Stella of Batesville, Rowan Maple of Batesville, Paige of Batesville, Brinley of Batesville and Bristol Goins of Batesville; his brother Melvin; his sister-in-law Mary Ann Maple of Columbus; his sister Brenda; his brother-in-law David Boozer of Gilbert; his mother-in-law Doris Tekulve of Batesville; and his brother-in-law Jerry Ollier of Batesville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
