She was predeceased by : her parents, Helen Smock and Temple Smock; her husband Lloyd Siebert; her siblings, Betty Castner, Bill and James Smock; and her nephew Todd Castner.

She is survived by : her son Dennis; her daughter-in-law Maureen Siebert of Sunman; and her grandchildren, Brookelyn Grevenkamp (Nick) of Cincinnati, Kameron of Sunman and Janae Siebert of Sunman.
