He was predeceased by : his parents, Marie Meyer and Victor Meyer; his brothers, Dennis and Roy Meyer; and his nieces and nephews, Nathan Meyer, Emily Meyer, Maria Duff and Joseph Duff.

He is survived by : his wife Sue Meyer of Batesville; his siblings, Grace Schneider (Arthur) of Batesville, Yvonne Schneider (Ronald) of Sunman, Mary Louise Meyer (Richard Cartwright) of Oldenburg, Eileen Duff (Tim) of Spokane, Carolyn Sorber (Dale) of Rushville, Susan Everage (Brad) of Shelbyville, Kentucky, Eugene Meyer (Karen) of Brookville, Joe Meyer (April) of Batesville, John Meyer (Linda) of Batesville and Jerome Meyer (Nancy) of Batesville; and his sisters-in-law, Marlene Meyer of Greensburg and Berna Meyer of Batesville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to the St. Mary's of the Rock Preservation Fund or the Parkinson's Foundation.
