He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry H. Krieger and Louise Krieger (Thielking); his brother Melvin Krieger; and his son James Krieger. He is survived by: his wife Irene Davis of John's Church; his children, John Krieger, Michael Krieger, Brenda Krieger, Bonita Hellmich (Fred) and Rebecca Krieger Cottingham (Michael); his grandchildren, Paul Hellmich (Carolyn), Caitlin Shane (Bobby), Adam Hellmich (Kalissa) and Alexandra Cottingham; and his great grandchildren, Michael (Mickey), Patrick, Aidan Hellmich and Emma Hellmich.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Meyers Funeral Home (1150 IN-46, Batesville, IN 47006). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Rossburg Cemetery by bringing to the service or mailing to Meyers Funeral Home, PO Box 202, Batesville, IN 47006.
