He was predeceased by : his parents, Georgie A. Morgan Gabhart and William Russell "Wilie" Gabhart; his former life partner Frances M. Harris Gabhart; and his siblings, Emma, Lucille, Joseph Morgan and Howard Davis.
He is survived by : his wife Wanda McClure Young Gabhart of Batesville, Indiana; his stepchildren, Tina Young of Batesville, Indiana and Brent Young (Shannon) of Batesville, Indiana; and his stepgrandchildren, Landen Young, Belle Young, Hunter Young and Broxton Young. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the Hanover United Methodist Church or the Jefferson County Historical Society.
