He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Meyer and Mary Ann Meyer; his brothers, John, George and Larry; and his granddaughter Caroline Small.
He is survived by: his wife Constance; his daughters, Dawn Owens (Kevin), Beth Freese (David), Amy Bryan (Daniel) and Melissa Small (Patrick); and his brothers, Dennis and Tom. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.
