It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice James of Batesville, Indiana, born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on July 18, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Verna Dick (Tucker) and Alton Dick; her husband Ronald Gary James; her brother Charles Alton Dick; and her sons, Timothy James and Daniel James.

She is survived by : her sister Joyce Hillagoss (John) of Big Rapids, MI; her daughter Debbie Nuesse (Jeff) of Barboursville, WV; her grandchildren, Brandon Nuesse (Bridget), Derek James (Liz), Breanna Adkins (Chris) and Matt James (Haylee); and her great grandchildren, Brighton Nuesse, Bryce Nuesse, Brently Nuesse, Marlee Adkins, Daniel James, Eva James, Kenslee James and Asa James.
