She is survived by : her husband Don; her children, David P. Karbowski (Angie), Thomas W. Karbowski (Jessica) and Michael J. Karbowski (Susan); and her grandchildren, Heather, Lauren, Megan, Caroline, Jack and Katherine. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren and her nieces and nephews.
