He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Clark and Joanne Clark. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Hanley (Patrick) of Richmond, VA, Cathy Cleveland (Pat) of Madison, IN, Mary Jo Clark of Indianapolis, IN, Paul Clark (Lisa) of Indianapolis, IN and Jim Clark (Carol) of Zionsville, IN; and his pet Maggie. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a Memorial contribution may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society or the Knights of Columbus Scholarship Fund.
