We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2023, at the age of 90, Rita A. Struewing (Batesville, Indiana), born in Morris, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Schneider and Helen Schneider (Stock); her husband Leroy Struewing; and her son-in-law Marty Laker. She is survived by : her children, Mary Laker (Marty), David Struewing (Kelly), Karen Hicks (Brad), Jean Bossert (Mike), Linda Fullenkamp (Mark), Steve Struewing (Chrissy), Elaine Hicks (Bart), Dale Struewing (Sharon), Donna Harlemert (Ron), Eric Struewing (Stacey) and Randy Struewing (Jolene); and her siblings, Ruth Messerschmidt (Leroy), Albert Schneider, Arthur Schneider (Grace), Francie Hartman (Irvin), Theresa Eckerle (Pete), Rose Roell (Richard), Joe Schneider (Barb), Marie Dierckman, Dorothy Schneider, Wilbur and Bernard Schneider. She is also survived by her 11 children, 29 grandchildren, and 45 great-grandchildren.
