We announce the death of Robert E. Cooper of Batesville, Indiana, who passed away on October 22, 2026, at the age of 81. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd and Maryetta; and his grandson Tylor Adams. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rosemeyer of Batesville; his sons, Tim Cooper (Missy) of Batesville and Greg Adams (Cheryl) of Batesville; and his grandchildren, Kayla Hountz (Kyle) of Batesville, Jeremy Hitch of Columbus, IN, Brandon Adams of Batesville, Gus Cooper of Batesville and Amanda Schneider (Andy) of Batesville. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
