He is survived by: his wife Ruth Netherton (Wilson); his children, Laura Geis (Chris) and Richard Netherton; his grandchildren, William Geis (Asa), Theodore Geis, Emma Sida (Keegan), Margaret Kielbasa (Trystan), Nathaniel Geis, Ryan Geis and Rebekah Netherton; his great grandchildren, Carter Kielbasa, Lyran Kielbasa and Dayton Netherton; and his brother Tom Netherton (Pat).
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Meyers Funeral Home (1150 IN-46, Batesville, IN 47006). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
