He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gulley and Dora Bell Gulley (Pervis); his brother Earl Gulley; and his sister-in-law Donna Gulley. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Emma Gulley; his children, Jim Gulley (Kathy), David Gulley (Becca), Shawn Cunningham (Tonya) and Robin Shoopman; his brother Jim Gulley; and his half-sister Charlene Childers. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
