He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Shuffitt (Pieper) and Frank Shuffitt; his stepmother Judy Shuffitt (Bumps); and his siblings, Joseph Shuffitt and Jennifer Humphries.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Rydenbark of Nashville; his children, Ceanna Shuffitt, Brittany Miller, Joseph Shuffitt and Marissa Shuffitt; his stepson Stephen R. Richter; his grandchildren, Jason Miller, Skyler Miller, Kameron Miller, Maia Miller, Brandon Shuffitt and Madilyn Shuffitt; his siblings, Michael Shuffitt, Robert Shuffitt, Richard Shuffitt, Steven Shuffitt, Melissa Burks and Jake Shuffitt; and his mother-in-law Janice Rydenbark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
