David M. Whalen Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2023, at the age of 84, David M. Whalen of Bedford, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David M. Whalen to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Whalen and Virginia Whalen (Stewart); his daughters, Christine Marie Whalen and Debbie Hawkins; and his brother Robert Whalen.

He is survived by : his wife Louise Short of Bedford; his children, Kenneth Douglas Whalen of Japan, David Lee Whalen (Stacy) of Bedford, Kevin Brown (Debbie Ellis) of Mitchell and Becky Taylor (Greg) of Bedford; and his siblings, Nancy Mahan (Don) of Salem, Roberta Ann Henderson of Michigan, Audrey Jean Elrod of Springfield, Brenda Wright (John) of Louisville, Diana Rogers (Jerry) of Louisville, Dennis Whalen (Patty) of Louisville and Danny Whalen (Crystal) of Jeffersonville. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.
