He was predeceased by: his parents, William Otto Jr. and Betty Lou Mills (Wade); and his sister Cindy Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue of Bedford; his daughters, Sabrina Mills of Bloomington and Katrina Sanders of Greenwood; his stepchildren, Jenna Bazzell of Albany and Trevor Bazzell of Cumming, Georgia; his grandchildren, Elijah-Rayne Fields, Cintavious Sanders and Cyran Sanders; and his siblings, Donald Mills (Brenda Ann) of Huntsville, Ronald Turner (Debra) of Speedway, Renna Voegerl (David) of Jasper and Sherri Peterson of Unionville.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Day & Carter Mortuary (1133 Lincoln Ave, Bedford, IN 47421). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Goodwill Cemetery Goodwill Cemetery.
