He is survived by: his father Ralph "Douglas" Smith; his stepmother Linda Smith of Bloomington; his sisters, Becky Colglazier of Ellettsville and Teresa Smith (Wally) of North Palm Beach, Florida; his nephews, Reyker and Holden Colglazier of Ellettsville; and his grandmother Charlene B. Smith of Bloomington.
