She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Nikirk and Lizzie Nikirk (Butler); her son Davie Webb (Teresa); her husband Everett Dale Webb; her son Eddie; her daughter-in-law Teresa; and her siblings, Warren, Walter, Wendell, Jerry, Mike Nikirk and Marilyn Kay Rathsman (Nikirk).
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law JoAnn Webb; her children, Gary, Karen Barger (Joe) and Jeanna Flynn (Gregory); her granddaughter Jillian; her sister Betty Speer (Kenny); her nieces, Carol Parish, Marsha Enochs, Vallerie Nikirk and Wendy Butterfield; her nephew Larry Webb; her friend Kevin Bullock; and her family, Jennifer White (Kyle), Shenneah Parsons (Josh), Gavin, Jaxon White and Brielle Nicholson (Devon).
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Day & Carter Mortuary (1133 Lincoln Ave, Bedford, IN 47421). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers or keepsakes, the family asks that friends consider memorial contributions in Elsie's name for maintenance at two family cemeteries, Hilltop and Patton Hill. Contributions can be made to the Facebook page "Elsie Webb Ever Loved fund" or at Day & Carter for the same purpose.
