She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar E. Guthrie and Cora P. Guthrie (Beyers); her husband Phillip Wayne Adams; her half-brothers, Ivan, Merle Borders and Jim Guthrie; and her sister Bonnie Guthrie.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Myers (Randy) of Fayetteville and David Adams of Bedford; her grandchildren, Dakota, Brittany and Jeremy; her great grandchildren, Kelton, Kailyn, Maddison and Jeremy, Jr.; and her great great grandchild Kylie.
