She was predeceased by : her parents, Gladys Lewis and Hazel Doll Lewis (Roberts); her spouse Vernie Adams; her daughter Linda Sue Adams; and her brothers, Bob, Bill and Paul Gene Lewis.
She is survived by : her sons, Vern Adams (Susan) of Elizabeth, CO, Steve Adams (Cathy) of Edmond, OK and Mike Adams (Giselle) of Pleasanton, CA; her grandchildren, Vernon Adams (Katherine) of Wesminster, CO, Becka Adams of Los Angeles, CA, Ryan Adams, Emily Adams of Edmond, OK, Gavin Adams and Morgan Adams of Pleasanton, CA; and her siblings, Jim Lewis (Helen) of Mitchell and Carolyn Buttz (Jim) of Bedford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
