He was predeceased by : his parents, John G. LaVullis and Lura Coulter (Dunbar); his brother Terry LaVullis; and his daughter Peggy Tribble. He is survived by : his wife Karen LaVullis (Coulter); his children, David LaVullis, Teresa LaVullis Meyer, Tonya Bowers, Damon Bowers, Anna Knuckels, Charles Tribble, Ronald Tribble, Renee Callahan and Karen Rae Smith; and his sister Shirley White. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
