He is survived by: his parents, Doug Chastain and Patty Chastain (Turner) of Bedford; his sister Jessica Chastain of South Dakota; his son John Wyatt Chastain of Waycross, GA; his stepdaughter Jaeylynn Edge of Waycross, GA; and his aunts, Paula Fraley of Florida, Polly Shields of Corydon and Brenda Hedge (Robert).
