He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Riggs and Mariene Riggs; his siblings, Don, David Riggs and Yvonne Sandefur; and his brothers-in-law, Max Sandefur and Bob Marsh.
He is survived by: his wife Myra Riggs; his children, Colt Roudebush (Nicole) and Krystle Voegel (Zac); his sister Deidra Marsh; his sisters-in-law, Iris Riggs and Margaret Riggs; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Evan Roudebush, Lucy Kate, Molly and Tyler Voegel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bedford Free Methodist Church (630 R St, Bedford, IN 47421).
