He was predeceased by : his parents, Clavorn H. Sullivan and Grace Sullivan (Maxwell); his siblings, Janice Margiotta, Beverly Kirkman, Marsha Sullivan-Devol, Dennis "Ameba" Sullivan and Tina Sullivan; his father-in-law Kenneth Ingle; and his nephew Kory E. Ingle.

He is survived by : his wife Renae Ingle of Bedford; his children, Kate Hutton (Darren) and Jason Sullivan (J. D.); his grandchildren, Korbin and Keaton Hutton; his mother-in-law Marsha Ingle; his siblings, Lynda Slate (Mike), Doug Sullivan (Tonya) and Gary Sullivan (Lynette); his brother-in-law Kristopher Ingle (Audrey); and his nieces and nephews, Darren Slate, David Hicks, Jodie Hicks Eiler (Rob), Matt Ingle, Christy Hicks Chastain (Terry), Dionne Hicks Dorsey (Daniel), Justin Sullivan, Sara Comer, Lauren Sullivan and Mitchell Sullivan (Amanda). He is also survived by many cousins and great-nieces and nephews.

The family asks that friends consider memorial contributions be made to Lawrence County Cancer Patient Services, the Ronald McDonald House, or White River Humane Society.
