She is survived by: her mother Anna Goins (Wall); her children, William Philpott Jr. (Elizabeth), Robert Philpott Sr. (Mindy) and Amber Staggs (Michael); her grandchildren, Jeremy Fizer, Jessica Fizer, Jacob Fizer (Mallory), Jared Fizer (Sarah), Ashleigh See (Zach), Alexis Evers (Clayton), Brianna Philpott, William Philpott III, Robert Philpott Jr. (Leah), Emily Sullivan (Austin), Ian Philpott, Cash Philpott, Megan Jeter, Wyatt Philpott, Eli Staggs (Alexus), Ava, Hannah, Madalyn and Callie Staggs; her great grandchildren, Blake, Zoe, Savannah, Raelyn, Nolan, Tucker, Hallie, Addilyn and Keyona; her siblings, Teresa Caves, Butch Deckard, Kimberly Bridges and Sharon Gann; and her pets, Hoss and Little Lady. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Day & Carter Mortuary (1133 Lincoln Ave, Bedford, IN 47421). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
