He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wendell Phillips and Joyce Phillips (Godsey); his wife Shawn; his brother Alan Phillips; his daughters, Shanae Lassos (Jason) and Shellie Epps (Philip); his grandchildren, Michael of San Diego, CA. and Ashley of San Diego, CA.; his siblings, Kathy Phillips, Kay Churchman (Jim) and Doug Phillips (Lori); and his sister-in-law Marilyn Phillips (Alan).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Springville Cemetery West (378 Bedford St, Springville, IN 47462).
