He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Angela Tritle (Jason), Shannon Keith (Chris), Justin Fields (Jessica), BJ Fulkerson (Christina) and April Fulkerson-Lane; his grandchildren, Brittany Worland (Corbin), Kathryn Yeryar (Braxton), Olivia Keith, Charlie Keith, Carter Fields, Patrick Fields, Cameron Lane, Grace Fulkerson, Clairann Lane and Gabe Fulkerson; his great grandchild Briggs Worland; and his brother Michael "Tom" Fields.
