He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Owens and Dorothy Owens (Sowders). He is survived by: his sister Beth Gilman (David) of Ft. Myers, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Austin, Kyle and Kelly. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
