He is survived by: his parents, Noel Jeffery "Jeff" and Rebecca "Becky" Ann Brumage (Fithyan) of Mitchell; his wife Leann Brumage of Bedford; his stepson Devin Luchauer of Mitchell; his sisters, Jennifer Key (Richie) of Mitchell and Lori Brumage (Kenny Turner) of Taylorsville; his nephews, Connor, Lance Key and Rhys Judy; his aunts and uncles, Jill Bailey (Chuck) of Zanesville and Ernie Fithyan (Teresa) of West Virginia; and his mother-in-law Brenda Luchauer of Bedford.
