She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Caesar and Ethel Pauline Walls (Baker); her husband James Lewis Ratliff; and her brothers, Doyle Baker Walls and Lloyd Sherwood Walls.
She is survived by: her children, Anita Lynn Harrell (Darren) of Bedford, Anthony "Tony" Guy Ratliff of Bedford and Anne Janette Mullins (Chris) of Mitchell; her grandchildren, Nathan Harrell, Ethan Harrell (Audrey), Brandon Harrell, Kayla Ratliff, Emily Evans (Zach), Audrey Wilson (Brady) and Amelia Mullins; and her great grandchildren, Tucker Evans, Abby Evans, Holly Evans, Seth Evans, Eliana Wilson and Wendy Harrell.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chastain Funeral Home (705 W Warren St, Mitchell, IN 47446). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center (705 W Warren St, Mitchell, IN 47446). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at the Mitchell Cemetery (1315 W Brook St, Mitchell, IN 47446).
