He is survived by: his daughters, Natali of Bedford and Stacey Webster of Bedford; his mother Marlene Norman (Tom Marshall) of Bedford; and his siblings, J. J. Payne (D'Andra) of Mitchell, Jeremy Payne (Ariana) of Bedford, Roger W. Webster, II (Ioda) of Mitchell, Kyle Marshall (Brianna) of Bedford and Cindy Martens (Jon) of Middletown, IN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
