He is survived by: his wife Gwen of Bedford; his children, Terry "TJ" Oliver Bultman Jr. of Bedford, Thomas Bultman (Alicia Hill) of Bedford, Samuel Bultman of Bedford, Kerri Bayless (Brock) of Greensburg and Kanisha Turpin (David) of Bedford; and his grandchildren, Michaela Hoegeman (Tristan Smith) of Greensburg, Isaiah of Bedford, Elijah Johnson of Bedford, Julian of Bedford, Jayla of Bedford, Jream Turpin of Bedford, Karaline of Bedford and Lanie Bultman of Bedford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
