She is survived by: her parents, Dewayne Cravens and Cammie Cravens of Scottsburg, Indiana; her husband Andrew Thomas of Bedford, Indiana; her sons, Oliver and Kalen Thomas of Bedford, Indiana; and her brothers, Cody Cravens (Tasha) of Lexington and Chase Cravens of Abu Dhabi. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made in Tiffany's name to Ride for the Cure out of Bedford, Indiana in c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
