He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Joe" Garofola Jr. and Patricia Jo Garofola (Srygley); and his sister Tina Marie Garofola. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Lynn Garofola; his son Aaron Garofola (Ashlea) of Kentucky; his brother Tracy Garofola (Teresa) of Bedford; and his grandchildren, Mackenna of Kentucky, Allayna of Kentucky, Mason of Kentucky and Landon Garofola of Kentucky. He is also survived by niece; and many extended family members and friends.
