We announce the death of Wanda A. Sanders Roberts of Bedford, Indiana, who passed away on September 24, 2026, at the age of 98. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas H. Griffin and Ruby Griffin (Harvey); her former husband John Gilbert Sanders; her children, Tom Sanders (Pam) and Marilyn B. Sanders; her husband Lyle E. Roberts; her sons, David Alan Sanders and James E. Sanders (Kathy); and her granddaughter Kristi A. Sanders-Miller.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Aaron Sanders (Angie), Matt Sanders (Libby), Gina Thompson (Mark) and Debbie Sanders; her great grandchildren, Cameron Sanders, Jake Miller, Cole Sanders, Calvin Sanders (Nevi), Savannah Thompson, Davis Miller (Emma), Olivia Sanders, Madeline Sanders, Summer Buckels (Eli), Lily Thompson, Evan Potter, Oliver Sanders and Gabriel Dusleag; and her great great grandchildren, Eliza and Izabel.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel (818 18th St, Bedford, IN 47421). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
