He is survived by: his wife Lisa Branaman; his children, Melissa Brinkworth (Catherine), Joshua Chastain (Sarah), Joseph Chastain (Brittany) and Jade Lumpe (Clay); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Bella, Charlee, Will Chastain, Bo, Jack, Hank Lumpe and Naomi Purlee; his sister Vicki Turpin (Drexel); and his half-brother Clint Brinkworth (Lisha). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the White River Humane Society, in memory of William "Dave" Brinkworth.
