He was predeceased by: his parents, George Elmer and Barbara Davis Heavilin; and his wife Catherine Heavilin. He is survived by: his son George "Andy" Heavilin; and his siblings, Glen Heavilin, David Heavilin, Albert Heavilin, Sara Barker, Jane Black and Ruth Blair. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
