He was predeceased by : his wife Nannette; his daughter Heaven; his grandchildren, Hope and Angel; and his son Jesse.
He is survived by : his siblings, Victor Allen Griffith, William Todd Griffith of Indianapolis, Cathy Lyn Broyer of Greenfield and Lori Ann Griffith of Netherlands; his children, James Bradley Griffith Jr. and Annie Marie Griffith of Indianapolis; his stepsons, Matthew Swearingen, Nick Swearingen and Eric Swearingen of Indianapolis; and his wife's children, Jami Geissendoerfer and Courtney Cunningham of Indianapolis. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
