He is survived by: his wife Janice O'Neal (Edwards); his sons, Josh O'Neal and Dustin O'Neal (Kelsie); his siblings, Jerald Lee O'Neal, Jr. (Maryann), Linda Sue Richardson (Guy) and Alan O'Neal (Janet); his brother-in-law Bob Naugle; and his granddaughters, Tessa, Addison, Audri and Ava O'Neal.
